It was such a beautiful day at the Golden Gate Park last Sunday. A little chilly and windy at the beach but still a perfect day for engagement session for such a lovely couple. We had originally scheduled the engagement session back in February but needed to postpone few times due to the rain. It’s particularly nice at the Dutch Windmill this time of the year when the tulips are blooming. I always wanted to go see the tulips but because they only bloom for about three weeks in a year, I was never able to make it, until this past Sunday.
Kimberly and I were bonded right away when we first met because all three of us have attended Oakland High School at some point in our lives, and it definitely has brought back memories. They have been dating since high school and they are still so in love after so many years.
I also had a chance to play with my brand new Canon 5D mk ii, which I have been anxiously waited for few weeks from Adorama because of the wait list despite the economy, people who love photography like me couldn’t resist to get the hottest toy in the industry. All of the pictures on this post have none to minimal photoshop work done, and I have to say this camera rocks! The picture quality is superb and the images are super crisp.
Jeff and I will bring Charlie down to LA tomorrow because Jeff’s grandpa passed away last week. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the funeral because I have a wedding on the same day so I’ll come back earlier.
