With the afterglow of a beautiful ceremony at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, Jamie, Ryan and the rest of the wedding entourage made their way to Grand Central Station via the Red Line for the big reception at the Fred Harvey Restaurant. Both Jamie and Ryan were so happy walking in front of friends and family at the restaurant with the band playing in the background. Walking into the restaurant was fantastic! The old historic feel of the restaurant made it very classy and the flowers at each table with the lights around the room made it feel ever so romantic.
Talk about energy! The feeling of the night was set once the wedding party made their entrance. Chanting the UCLA fight song and letting Jamie and Ryan go through the tunnel between them was really cool. The energy was still up as speeches were made and as dancing began. The money dance got everyone out to the floor and the open dance floor really got things moving! Everyone from friends and family danced to classics from Michael Jackson and to more modern beats from Flo Rider. One of the biggest moments was when almost everyone got onto the dance floor to line dance to the Macarena.
Looking back at the start of the evening to the end of the night, it was a lot of memories in such a short amount of time. For Jamie and Ryan, you could tell that they were enjoying their time being married together and sharing the moment with their friends and family. Congratulations again to both of you and hopefully there will be a lot more memories for the two of you as you grow together.
